Ready to Join the Knights of Columbus?
The Knights of Columbus is the world’s largest Catholic fraternal organization. Founded in 1882, we are a brotherhood of Catholic men dedicated to the principles of Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism. When you join the Knights, you join a network of over 2 million Catholic men working to make a difference in their parishes, communities, and families.
Each local council is unique. Run by your fellow parishioners, local councils put their faith into action and assist those in need. In addition to time spent on faith formation, councils may help fundraise for their parish or community causes, as well as help others through local or Knights of Columbus programs. Although some events are only for members, many are open to families and the entire community.
There is no required time commitment to be a Knight. Being a Knight is someone you are, not just something you do. Your local council is there to support you as a Catholic man, husband and father who puts his family first. Whatever time you can give to your council is enough.
