The Book of Reports is an official compilation of programmatic, financial, and membership updates for the Fraternal Year, as submitted by councils, districts, and state program directors for reporting at the annual State Conventions.
Book of Proceedings
The Book of Proceedings contains the official, documented records of the annual business, motions, and elections held at the State Council conventions. These archives detail the organizational policies, reports, and legislative changes of the State Council. The State Secretary is required to record the minutes of the Annual State Council Convention and publish the Book of Proceedings.
